I don’t know what to call these posts. For now, we’ll call it “Let’s Talk,” but I think I need a better name for the future. Naming this post is not the point.
Life has been busy lately, as I am sure it has for everyone. Maybe you have noticed I have been M.I.A these past few weeks, but we will get to that.
On a different note, I went to my first concert in over two years. I saw Miley Cyrus for the first time. I grew up with Hannah Montana and Miley. I have always looked up to Miley in a way. Her most recent album is some of my favorite work, and she put on such a fantastic show.
I cried, sang my heart out, and lost my voice. It was worth it. Everyone was just so happy, and it is so great to see music bringing people together. (I want to add that you had to be fully vaccinated or test negative within 48 hours of the concert.)

The less exciting news is that work has been overwhelming, but I have ranted enough about my work life and am not in the mood to be negative.
Fall is officially here, and I am excited for the season. I have missed my sweaters, and the cozy atmosphere fall tends to bring.
As for my blog, I have been feeling a disconnect from it these past couple of weeks. I still like blogging. Creating content has become one of my favorite past times. However, I think I am stuck in this rut. I am unsure what direction I want to take Megan’s Corner, and I don’t want to put out content that I will want to take down in a couple of months.
I started this blog on a whim and thought I knew what I was doing when I did not. There are many ideas in my head, and I want to make sure I plan and execute them correctly, and I am happy with the content that I put out.
So, for the rest of 2021 or until I find a better balance. I will be posting once a week. Either Tuesdays or Thursdays. Maybe there will be weeks with a post on both days; who knows.
I will still be reading and interacting with everyone. What keeps me going is reading other writer’s blogs. The stories and the ideas are so inspiring.
As always, that you for reading and listening to me rant. Which I do quite a lot on here. If you have any life updates yourself or need to rant about anything, I am all ears.

I think it’s great you’re still trying to stay connected with the blogosphere while you figure yourself out! Coming up with and sticking to a schedule helped me!

I love Miley!!!! And yes going to once a week postings are so good I think. Now that I am doing that consistently I can enjoy it and give myself space to think of new ideas without scrambling for the damn deadline. It’s the best of both worlds! I hope u find that balance as well, we all deserve it! 💖

That concert sounds like SO much fun!!! I love Miley too mostly for how unabashedly she is herself!!! I haven’t heard her latest songs but I love her older music!!
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself about blogging. Go with the flow and what works for you.
TIP: What I do is I write drafts when I am in a mood and save them for later when I absolutely cannot write – then I just edit/update those drafts and post them. This is what has helped me stay regular with my blog.
