Write a letter to younger you. What would you want them to know. Talk about your successes, your failures. The milestones of your life. Anything you want.
Sometimes writing to our younger selves. Can be a way of healing and letting go of old trauma that is preventing us from moving on. I hope you find a sense of peace after writing to younger you.
